      HM91 Micro Pressure Sensor and Transducer

      Description

      For purpose of measured flow field, position of installation and placement or dynamic frequency response, it must strictly be required for microminiaturization of the sensor’s dimensions as well as re-occurrence of laws of change for pulse flow field under conditions without disturbance to the situation of the flow field when measuring pressure at the original location. HM91 micro – and super – thin pressure sensor and transducer is just designed for the above – mentioned requirements of conditions. This series of product adopts German HELM pressure sensor silicon – based silicon technology and high – accuracy integrated piezoresistive force – sensitive elements, using internationally state – of – the – art microminiaturized encapsulation to make it small dimensions, compact structure, light weight, solid and durable, and feature good dynamic and static characteristics.

      ☆ Small dimensions, high – frequency dynamic response

      ☆ High accuracy, up to 0.1% FS

      ☆ Good long – term stability, resistant to all kinds of worse condition

      ☆ Wide range of temperature, from -40℃ to +120℃ (up to +175℃ specially)

      ☆ A dynamic pressure sensor and a micro pressure sensor may have a minimum diameter of 2.54mm and a length of 3.77mm.☆ Using solid-state piezoresistive pressure sensor, with high reliability and high accuracy.

      ☆ Wide scale of measurement,  any scale from  -100KPa ~ 0 ~ 10KPa … 20KPa … 6MPa … 40MPa … to 60MPa

      ☆ It is widely used for aerodynamics research, aircraft and engine test, wind tunnel test, hydromechanics, and hydraulic test, model shrinkage test, hydraulic turbine, submersible weapon test, bio – medical application, chemical explosion or nuclear explosive impact wave etc.

      Tips of Selection

      1. The frequency output of the product may be optional three items (H1, H2, and H3). The user may determine the most suitable range of frequency output to selection of product more economical according to industrial and mining requirements.
      2. Correctly adopt sealing way to prevent the stability of the product from influencing by the installing stress when installing the flushed membrane product on site.
      3. The code E, an additional functional code for selection, and intrinsically safe explosion-proof Ex ia II CT5 must be power supplied via safety barrier.
