Westin Mammoth

October, 2007, the Westin in Mammoth Lakes began closing pre-reserved condotel sales in the newest addition to The Village at Mammoth's development.   Along with rapid reservation rate has come a rapid closing schedule for the development.

At Matthew Lehman Appraisal Inc., we have prepared for the closings at the Westin by becoming experts in the Condotel field and by getting our entire staff approved with those financial institutions currently lending in the project. 

In addition to conducting appraisals in the Westin Monache, Matthew Lehman Appraisal Inc. has also created a "Lender's Project Analysis Package" which has become very helpful in answering question relating to the project as well as an aid in walking lenders through the Lender approval process.
