I have over 10 years appraisal experience and hold the second to highest residential appraisal license.

Areas of expertise include REO, Resort Properties, Condotel, Condominiums, Custom Homes, Single Family Homes, Cabins, Vacant Land, Multi-Family, Townhomes, Planned Unit Development’s (P.U.D.’s), Review, Retrospective, Estate, and Rural Properties.

I am constantly attending continuing education courses, and love to learn and grow with the business. I pride myself in customer relations, prompt responses, excellent turn times, and happy customers.

Outside of the office I enjoy the summer time most. I moved to the area from San Luis Obispo (located on the Central Coast of California) after graduation in 1997. Hobbies include interior design, gardening, travel, and snowboarding.
