All of our staff at Matthew Lehman Appraisal, Inc. are long term residents of the area, familiar the typical home and condominium, as well as the unique property located in the most remote areas of the County.   It is our goal to deliver to our clients an accurate and reliable appraisal in a timely manner.

All of our appraiser's are Licensed/Certified by the State of California, and have the experience necessary to complete nearly any required appraisal task.
